Victory Over Sexual Assault

America has been blessed and allowed to become a very prosperous nation (though the debate is still out on whether we can still claim that title). America has mowed down the trees and built parking lots. America has built it’s cities of wealth, focusing on the latest trends, economic status, big business, and information. “Knowledge is power” they say. Our country is overwhelmed with information and means of obtaining it. Yet for all our knowledge, we have become so fast paced that we don’t notice those around us. We ignore those crying for help, but too scared and ashamed to put their cries to words. Young boys and young girls are sexually abused every day, and most of us don’t even notice until it’s too late.
